In addition, we can provide a detailed drawing scheme using AutoCAD showing the identified and suspected Asbestos-containing Building Materials and their locations. Our experienced Project Designers are familiar with LEEDS requirements and routinely work closely with LEEDS certified Architects to ensure compliance with green design.

• ESI uses professional Licensed Building Inspectors who adhere to the requirements and regulations of the EPA, IL DPH (Illinois Department of Public Health), NESHAP/AHERA*, Wisc. DNR (Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources), IDEM (Indiana Department of Environmental Management).
  • All accessible areas of the facility are inspected. The identified Asbestos-Containing Building Materials (ACBM) or (ACM) and the identified suspected ACBM are noted.
• Environmental Site Assessments including ASTM Phase I, II, and III for property transfer, refinancing, or management planning.
• Provide a complete and comprehensive inventory and condition assessment of the identified and suspect asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM) and friable and non-friable materials. The inventory is useful, practical and easily understood.
• Sampling of suspect and/or damaged materials for identification.
• Management Plan delineating response actions, budgets and timing.
• Provide the PLM and TEM analytical data report with the analysis of the sampled materials performed by a NVLAP certified laboratory.
• Prepare an AutoCAD floor plan drawing delineating the inspection information.
• Two-hour awareness training for building staff and personnel.

Project Designer:
- Designs plan in concert with owner and/ or architect for asbestos removal work to be conducted safely, in concert with facility plans and in compliance with regulations

Inspector / Management Planner:
- Uses information gathered during inspection to assess asbestos hazards, determine responses and develop management plans

Project Manager:
- Knowledgeable of asbestos regulations
- Monitors asbestos removal project by functioning as an on-site representative of the owner overseeing the activities of asbestos contractors to ensure site safety and compliance with regulations

Air Sampling Professional:
- Collects air samples for analysis before, during and after asbestos work
